春。生與死。

百花盛放
充滿喜悅希望
美好的春
若此時說再會
應該無憾吧

上週六清晨
剛到練氣功的公園
忽然心口緊縮不適
在冷冷的清晨
竟然痛到 (那是痛吧？)
渾身冒冷汗

無法將就石椅休息
勉力撐到回家
窩入被裡
靜靜躺著

心想
這是甚麼徵兆
沒有驚慌
只是忽然覺得
老了

也許疲了累了
不自覺昏睡
直到手機響起
驚醒

方知已入午時
剛才那一切是夢嗎
輕壓胸口疼痛猶在
只是不再緊繃
















簡單記錄周六清晨
練氣功前所發生的事
一切來得如此快速
在未來的歲月
也許一切就此結束

切記
寧願熱得脫了滿手衣
也不可怕熱少穿一件衣

這一切應該是週五熱到
週六以為仍如此而穿太少
因而讓心臟難以負荷

這幾天
心臟持續感到不適
但今日輕壓胸口不痛
猜想已無大礙
只往後需更小心
